OVERVIEW

These Terms govern this website, online store, related tools, and purchases made through them (the 'Service'). The business operating the Service is the 'Seller' or 'we'; a visitor or customer is the 'User' or 'you'. By using the Service or placing an order, you accept these Terms and any policy clearly disclosed before use or purchase. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You must have legal capacity to contract or use the Service with a parent or guardian. Use must be lawful. You must not introduce malicious code, disrupt security or operation, impersonate another person, collect data without authority, or infringe another person's rights.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud or misuse, or address a material breach. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLOURS

We take reasonable steps to keep material product information accurate. Images are illustrative, and colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, materials, production batches, and display settings. Minor non-material variations are not defects. A material mismatch, faulty product, or misleading description will be handled under the applicable returns policy and consumer law.

4. PRICES, ORDERS, AND PAYMENT

Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and other material costs will be shown before checkout. Changes apply to future orders and do not affect an accepted order, except where required by law or where there is an obvious error. If a material error affects an order, we will promptly offer a reasonable correction, cancellation, or refund option.

An order becomes binding when we issue an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless checkout states otherwise. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order only on reasonable grounds, including unavailable stock, a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver. We will notify you and refund any amount paid for a cancelled item. You must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. Payment data will be handled using appropriate security measures and may be processed by an identified payment provider under its terms.

5. DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

The Shipping and Delivery Policy governs dispatch, delivery, pre-orders, and lead times. The Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds. A policy forms part of these Terms only if it was reasonably available before purchase, and it cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Optional third-party tools, links, content, or payment services may be offered. Their terms may apply when you choose to use them. We are not responsible for independent third-party conduct outside our control, but this does not exclude responsibility imposed on us by law.

7. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of content, reviews, or feedback you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious. We may remove content on reasonable grounds. Confidential proposals require a separate confidentiality agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, the Service and its original content are owned by or licensed to the Seller. You may use them for personal or internal business purposes connected with evaluating or buying products, but may not commercially exploit or bypass protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

8. PRIVACY AND CORRECTIONS

Personal information is handled under the published Privacy Policy and applicable law. If material information, including a price, description, delivery estimate, or availability statement, is wrong, either party should notify the other. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, you may confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected item for a refund.

9. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Each party must comply with these Terms and applicable law. We will provide the Service and products with the care and skill required by law and honour express warranties given at purchase. Except for non-excludable rights, general information and estimates do not create additional warranties.

Neither party is responsible for unforeseeable loss or loss caused by the other party's breach, negligence, or failure to take reasonable steps to reduce it. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS

A party whose unlawful conduct, material breach, or infringement causes a third-party claim is responsible for the resulting loss to the extent caused by that party. The other party must give prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. A settlement may not impose an admission or obligation on the other party without consent.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. Either party may end an ongoing service for an unremedied material breach after reasonable notice, unless immediate action is reasonably required for security, fraud, illegality, or protection of others. Accrued rights, payments, refunds, and provisions intended to survive are unaffected.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms for changes in law, the Service, or business practices. The current version and effective date will be published. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where practicable and will not apply retroactively to accepted orders unless required by law or agreed by both parties.

13. GENERAL TERMS AND DISPUTES

An unlawful or unenforceable provision will be adjusted or severed only as necessary; the rest will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, incorporated policies, and order details form the agreement for the Service without overriding a separate agreement signed by both parties.

The law of the Seller's place of establishment applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection in the User's place of residence. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes directly, without restricting access to any court, tribunal, regulator, or consumer process available by law.
